# Google Search Console

> Connect a Search Console property with a service account added as a user.

## Setup

Add the service account's email as a user on the Search Console property (Settings → Users and permissions), then paste its JSON key.

Add the connection under **Settings -> Connections**. Saving verifies it with a read-only test call.

## Configuration

| Property | Yes | sc-domain:example.com, or a URL prefix ending in a slash. |

## Operations

All operations are read-only. Apps declare the ones they use per connection; see [Using connections in apps](/connections/overview).

| Operation | Description |

| `site.get` | Confirm access to the configured property. |
| `sites.list` | List the properties this connection can read. |
| `search_analytics.query` | Clicks, impressions, CTR, and position by query, page, and more. |
| `sitemaps.list` | List submitted sitemaps for the configured property. |
