# OpenRouter

> Bill marina.ai generations to your own OpenRouter account.

## Setup

Create an API key at openrouter.ai/keys and paste it here. While this connection is active, your apps' marina.ai calls run on your OpenRouter account and its model access, instead of Marina's platform key.

Add the connection under **Settings -> Connections**. Saving verifies it with a read-only test call.

## Operations

All operations are read-only. Apps declare the ones they use per connection; see [Using connections in apps](/connections/overview).

| `key.check` | Describe the connected key's label, usage, and limit. |
| `models.list` | List models this key can reach. |
